At The Mod Factory, we strive to process and ship your orders efficiently and reliably. Below is our shipping policy outlining how and when your purchases will reach you.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase. This excludes weekends and holidays. If an item will take longer to ship, this will be noted on the product page.

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, selecting the carrier that offers the best rate and delivery timeframe for your location and item type.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight, size, and destination. You will see the total shipping fee before completing your purchase.
4. Drop Shipping
Some items may be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer or a trusted vendor. In such cases, delivery times may vary slightly. You will be notified if your order contains drop-shipped items.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

7. Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. If you’re interested in international shipping, please contact us directly to see if accommodations can be made.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
The Mod Factory is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. However, we’re happy to help with any claims if needed.
