Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on October 30, 2025.

We at The Mod Factory are working to make our site modfactory64.com accessible to people with disabilities. The Mod Factory is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying relevant accessibility standards.

We are actively working to ensure that our website is accessible and usable for all visitors. Our ongoing efforts include regular reviews, testing, and updates to improve accessibility features.

Ongoing Efforts

Our website is designed, managed, and maintained entirely in-house. We do not use any third-party developers or accessibility services. All updates, testing, and improvements are performed directly by our team to ensure a consistent experience that reflects our design values and accessibility goals.

What web accessibility is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

We have adapted this site in accordance with WCAG [2.0 / 2.1 / 2.2 - select relevant option] guidelines, and have made the site accessible to the level of [A / AA / AAA - select relevant option]. This site's contents have been adapted to work with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard use. As part of this effort, we have also;

  • Used the Accessibility Wizard to find and fix potential accessibility issues

  • Set the language of the site

  • Set the content order of the site’s pages

  • Defined clear heading structures on all of the site’s pages

  • Added alternative text to images

  • Implemented color combinations that meet the required color contrast

  • Reduced the use of motion on the site

  • Ensured all videos, audio, and files on the site are accessible

Declaration of partial compliance with the standard due to third-party content

All content on this website is created, owned, and maintained by The Mod Factory. We do not use third-party plug-ins, embedded tools, or externally hosted content that could affect accessibility.

Because the site is fully managed in-house, we are responsible for ensuring accessibility across all pages and declare full compliance with our stated accessibility standards.

Accessibility arrangements in the organization

The Mod Factory maintains a private studio space that is not open to the public on a regular basis. Visits may be arranged by appointment only for clients, collaborators, or media inquiries.

Please note that our studio is located in a rented facility that is not currently wheelchair or mobility accessible. We understand this may present barriers for some visitors, and we are happy to provide alternative ways to connect — such as virtual meetings, video tours, or off-site appointments, whenever possible.

We value accessibility and inclusion, and we are exploring options to improve accessibility as opportunities arise within the limitations of our leased space.

Requests, issues, and suggestions

If you find an accessibility issue on the site, or if you require further assistance, you are welcome to contact us through the organization's accessibility coordinator:
