At The Mod Factory, every item is carefully curated and crafted with intention. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item was lost in transit or arrived damaged.

1. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. You may file a claim with the shipping carrier to recover the cost, as the buyer is responsible for return shipping in such cases.

2. Lost Packages

If your order is reported lost, The Mod Factory will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the item cannot be recovered, a replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost.

3. No Returns or Refunds

Except in the cases listed above, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any other reason, including change of mind, incorrect address provided by the buyer, or dissatisfaction with the product.
